These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for Product Day (the “event”), which is organized by:

By purchasing a ticket, you accept the terms below.
When you purchase a ticket for the conference via our website, a binding agreement is entered into between you (“the Buyer”) and the Organizer. Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct.
If you have purchased tickets for multiple participants, each participant will receive an email confirming their registration.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.
Payment can be made by payment card or invoice (incl. EAN). Card payments are charged immediately after purchase. Payment via invoice is only considered completed once we have received the full amount. The payment deadline for invoice purchases is 8 days.
Tickets are sent electronically to the email address of the participant(s) specified at the time of purchase.
If you are unable to attend, you may generally transfer your ticket to a colleague or another participant from the same organization.
Name changes must be notified in writing to the Organizer no later than 5 working days before the conference via email to info@productday.dk
According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(12), the purchase of tickets for events with a fixed date is not covered by the right of withdrawal. This means that ticket purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organizer.
In the event of cancellation of the conference, the ticket price will be refunded (excluding any fees unless otherwise stated).
If the conference is rescheduled to a new date, tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.
The Buyer will be informed via the email address used at the time of purchase.
The Organizer reserves the right to make programme changes, including replacement of speakers, schedules, and venues, without this entitling the Buyer to a refund.
The Organizer is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including illness among speakers, transportation issues, technical failures, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events (force majeure).
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy.
The information is used solely to manage your purchase, send practical information about the conference, and any subsequent communication.
Syndicate ApS processes the personal data we receive in connection with registration for Product Day, and which are necessary for us to administer the registration. This typically includes information about the participant’s contact details, employer, and payment information.
We use this information to administer the registration and for any follow-up and evaluation after the event.
Our processing of personal data is based on the following provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): the participant’s consent, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(a); GDPR Article 6(1)(b), as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract; and GDPR Article 6(1)(f), as we have a legitimate interest in organizing and administering our courses.
When the information is no longer necessary for these purposes, we delete it unless we are required under Danish law to retain it for a longer period.
We disclose the information to the individuals and companies we collaborate with in connection with carrying out our courses, and to third parties who process the information on our behalf and with whom we therefore have data processing agreements. In certain cases, we may also be required to disclose information to public authorities.
If information is transferred to third parties outside the EU, we ensure that this is done in accordance with GDPR rules, including by using the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries.
Any complaints regarding ticket purchases must be directed to the Organizer at info@productday.dk
If you are unable to resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) via www.forbrug.dk, provided the value of your ticket exceeds DKK 1,220 (2025).
All purchases are subject to Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
